Summary: As Support Analyst in M&S, your primary responsibility is to oversee the configuration and maintenance of the customer’s Khameleon Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure optimal system performance and alignment with business processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of the incident management system, including resolution and communication to the customer.
- Provide technical support to end-users of the ERP system. Elevate to developers, DB Administrators or other teams, as necessary.
- Offer training to help users navigate and utilize the system effectively.
- Keep abreast of the latest ERP upgrades and new features.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to ERP systems.
- Document system processes, standard operating procedures, and user manuals.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. • Associate/bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, related field, or 5 years of experience in ERP systems management and implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems is preferred.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze and understand accepted accounting principles and financial reports.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge in Windows environment of Excel, word processing software, spreadsheet software, accounting software, internet software and database software.
Position is required to work full-time, EST time zone, remote or in Tampa Florida office.
